Due to the fact that I am not from the US, I also faced hiring issues when applying for remote jobs.

In some job boards, I even noticed companies only accepting candidates from the US or Canada for their so-called international remote jobs.

This kind of discrimination is extremely frustrating when we have the necessary skills, work hard, and are okay with a lower salary.

I want to see a world without discrimination where we are all treated equally.
